Marcelo has a long history in the professional cleaning industry, with a background in Hotel administration. In 1997 he held a prestigious role as Housekeeping Director at the Hyatt Regency in Bellevue, WA – an elegant 4 star hotel with a reputation for excellence. Marcelo learned the importance of doing a quality job and keeping the highest level of standards when it came to training their cleaning staff and building relationships.
Marcelo had a dream to start his own professional cleaning business, and while he was still working at the Hyatt, he acquired a company called Crystal Cleaning and took on a business partner. Their hard work and investment into extensive training of their cleaning staff paid off. Their cleaning business exploded from 10 clients to over 160 clients in the first couple years, with 85% of the growth coming in from happy customer referrals.
Janice joined the team in 2003, and brought with her a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing a Business Management, and the experience of working for a dot.com for the last three years. When the internet boom went bust, Janice decided to invest her time at the family business, and together they launched a new brand that better fit the core values, and the image wanted to uphold. They dissolved the Crystal Cleaning name and partnership, and started their own family business – Four Seasons Cleaning was born.
Four Seasons Cleaning is celebrating 20 years in the cleaning business this year, and business is booming. Marcelo and Janice are focused on being the best local cleaning company in the State of Washington, and know that their success is built on the happiness of their employees, and the happiness of their clients – one doesn’t come without the other.

FSPC reserves the right to re-evaluate rates at any time based on time required to perform to the customers’ satisfaction. If changes are needed we will discuss with the customer prior to changing the rates from the original bid.
A $ 50 fee will be charged if an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hour advance notice.
Monthly billing is available. A $35 (minimum) late fee will apply for balances over 30 days.
Collection fee may be applied after 180 days of past due.
If an item is broken, identical replacement is always attempted but if you have any irreplaceable items (whether of monetary or sentimental value), we recommend they be stored and/or not cleaned by our staff. FSPC must be notified within 48 hours of service if damage is discovered.
FSPC may change the Terms and Conditions upon reasonable notice to the customer.
We do our best to be as flexible as possible. If you need to change a cleaning day or time, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please notify a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
100% service charge for same-day cancellations and no-show/lock-out appointments (if no key has been left for our staff).
All bank charges incurred due to NSF checks will be passed on to customer at a flat rate of $50 per check.
If we are specifically requested to dust any computer equipment or wash dishes customer agrees not to hold Four Seasons Cleaning or any of its employees responsible for damage to any article or component.
FSPC is not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (i.e., marble, granite, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
Our staffs are required to sign an agreement which does not allow them to leave FSPC for the purposes of working directly for any customer. Offering FSPC staff a job working directly for a customer may lead to legal expenses for all involved.
