Rates and Policies
We customize our services to your individual needs and calculate how long each cleaning should take using a variety of factors:
- Square footage of your home
- Surfaces to be cleaned
- Cleaning frequency
- The level of upkeep between cleanings
- Number of pets and children in the home
- Different levels of clutter
Please fill out a free quote request for an accurate estimate of the time and cost to clean your home or office.
House Cleaning Service:
- $95.00 minimum for houses less than 1,300 sq. ft.
- We charge extra for the first visit since it will take longer than other visits.
Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning Service:
- $150.00 minimum for houses less than 900 sq. ft.
- Please note that we base our quote on a top-to-bottom cleaning. However, we can customize our service to fulfill your needs.
Office Cleaning Service:
- $85.00 minimum for offices less than 1,900 sq. ft.
- Please note that office services require an on-site appointment for an accurate estimate.
Post-Construction Cleaning Service
- $0.15–$0.25 per sq. ft.
- Price depends on the amount of dust produced by the construction or remodel.
Policies:
- We accept check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard). We also offer a monthly billing service option. We do NOT charge extra for using credit cards.
- $35.00 late payment fee will be charged if payment is not received within 30 days of your cleaning service. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
- $50.00 cancellation fee will be applied for appointments canceled less then 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. (If we are able to fill your spot with another appointment, the fee will be waived.)
- 100% service charge for same-day cancellations and no-show/lock-out appointments (if no key has been left for our staff).
- Business hours are 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
- Trip fee—we don’t charge a trip fee.
- $35.00 return item fee will be applied to any check returned due to insufficient funds.
